Designed to fast-track success in the fitness industry, ACTIV8 equips coaches with the essential business and sales skills required to build a thriving PT business from day one. Throughout the program, trainers learn how to consistently generate leads, master prospecting on the gym floor, and confidently position their services to members. ACTIV8 also focuses on setting profitable pricing structures, creating multiple service offerings, and building irresistible “no-brainer” packages that make it easy for clients to say yes. The program dives deep into the art of the consultation, teaching coaches how to uncover a member’s real problem, present a clear solution, and convert that conversation into long-term clients. Alongside sales mastery, trainers will also implement the systems, forms, and processes needed to run a professional and scalable PT business.
